The Scrawl on the Wall

Honey Nut Cheerios with whole milk. Feels good

Compared to other toilets I've had the privilege of visiting in our lovely city of filth, this is like a throne of angels.

These bathrooms are never full and always relatively clean, meaning no feces clogging the bowl or smeared across the walls and a general lack of urine smell throughout the room. I've never needed to worry about not having toilet paper or getting crabs from using the toilets here, and if I've pooped here, it's gotta be pretty sanitary, because I'm a shy pooper.

Soap and paper towels are always available and the graffiti level is mere to non-existent.

Maybe Steve Jobs is brainwashing us, but he keeps his toilets clean.

What I Did in Here: Number 2

As much as I usually advocate

As much as I usually advocate peeing in Apple stores, the problem with this one is that its right in the middle of a heavy tourist area. Its pros us u can per before u hit the central park zoo area. It's con is that any thinking woman of a certain age is going to want to per before they hit the central park area and if you have kids and want to go on with your life, you are not going to want to hit the overpriced toy store next door for obvious reasons. Usually Apple employees are very happy to help me plug in my iphone and get a little juice while I juice but again the location makes finding a blue shirt in a happy mood tough. Plus horror of horrors it had a bit of a line. I am committed to my iphone so I don't have a choice but if you haven't been jumped into the Apple gang like I have u may seek solace elsewhere.

What I Did in Here: peed, waited on line

I am a big fan of peeing in

I am a big fan of peeing in the Apple stores but that's because I have an iPhone and can't keep the dang thing charged. My usual Apple Store routine and yes, I do have one by the way, is to find an outlet, an employee will usually help u with that, plop a shopping buddy with my phone and head off to the loo. All their bathrooms look like the inside of the box my iphone came in but that's okay. It's serviceable and keeps u from peeling in dark corners during daylight hours.

What I Did in Here: tinkled

Bloomingdales...not just for Shopping.

Lunchtime salad catches up with a midtown worker in a small quiet office with an even smaller bathroom.
Um... privacy?
Not going to happen in the office, need a space so public, I'll just blend.
59th and Lex entrance - up the escalator to women's jeans floor.
Make a left off the escalator and walk around a U turn corridor.
Here you will find a haven of about 12 stalls in a row.
Lots of shoppers, lots of action.
If there's a line it's moving.
Also an attendant to make sure it's clean and there is everything needed for the poshest of poopers.
The busy-ness factor makes whatever you have to do acceptable and anonymous as the volume of flushing, hand washing and conversation drown out about any noise.
Crowded and loud enough so you can act like you just peed.
Clean, convenient, come shoppers, come midtowners, come all!!
